21 Years in the Making
Tammy and Lotti’s partnership began in 2004 in a busy accounting department. They quickly bonded over a shared obsession with detail and a "hands-on" approach to solving problems. What started as a workspace friendship grew into a lifelong bond built on trust and a mutual love for numbers.
Fast forward two decades: Tammy and Lotti decided to channel that 21-year synergy into a mission to support the local community. Today, South OC Bookkeeping helps small businesses thrive by providing the same dedicated, meticulous care that defined their friendship from day one.
Tammy
With over three decades of experience across the commercial real estate, property management, and healthcare sectors, Tammy brings a wealth of diverse accounting knowledge to South OC Bookkeeping. Her career has spanned the heights of the corporate world, where she mastered the art of complex financial reporting and department management.
Most recently, Tammy stepped into the role of entrepreneur, co-founding and managing the finances of a materials testing laboratory in Irvine. This firsthand experience of running a small business—combined with her corporate background—has given her a unique perspective on the absolute necessity of accurate, transparent, and up-to-date records. Tammy believes small business owners are the backbone of a healthy economy, and she is dedicated to protecting their growth by providing the financial clarity they need to succeed.
A native of Torrance, Tammy now calls South Orange County home. When she isn’t helping businesses thrive, she is likely on the court fueled by her true obsession: PICKLEBALL.
Lotti
With over 21 years of accounting experience, Lotti brings a high-level corporate perspective to South OC Bookkeeping. Her career began in the fast-paced timeshare industry, where she spent nearly a decade managing everything from cash operations to complex bankruptcy and due diligence reporting for multi-million dollar sales.
In 2012, Lotti shifted her focus to a smaller corporate environment, where she discovered her true passion: working side-by-side with business owners. By handling everything from payroll and annual filings to day-to-day operations, she saw firsthand how meticulous accounting empowers a small business to thrive. Today, she uses that diverse expertise to help our local clients find peace of mind and financial clarity.
Originally from the Netherlands, Lotti moved to the States in 1999 and now calls South Orange County home. When she isn't balancing the books, you can find her at Orange Theory Fitness, playing field hockey, or enjoying a day at Disneyland with her family and pets.
